Dr. Boyd is a management professor here at Bucknell where he received a B.A. in psychology, an M.A. in experimental psychology with a focus in industrial organizational psychology, an M.B.A., as well as a Ph.D. in Public Administration.
He will be speaking about what exactly Industrial Organizational psychology is, its similarities and differences to human resources, what courses to take to gain a better understanding of these fields, what graduate programs to apply to, and his educational experiences studying both psychology and management.
