Oct. 17:

The Capitol Hill Internship Program is a summer funding resource for students who are able to secure an internship on Capitol Hill or a district or state congressional office.

   – Five students are selected and the stipend is $450 per week up to $4,500  for the summer; applications are due Nov. 14.

STEM Research Expo

Oct. 19:

– Resume Workshop/CCA Resources – co-sponsored by Women in Finance
– BPIP Internship Fund Student Panel
    – Summer 2023 BPIP Internship Fund recipients will share where they interned, how they secured the internship, and help demystify the Bucknell Public Interest Internship (BPIP) Fund application process.

    – The BPIP Internship Fund provides a stipend of $4,500 to students able to secure a UNPAID full-time internship in the nonprofit/public service (government) sectors.

Oct. 20:

– Raj Thangavelu ’98 – Public Policy & Affordable Housing

   – Raj Thangavelu ’98, Senior Financial Database Specialist with the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA), will discuss public policy and affordable housing in the U.S., from the standpoint of the Federal Housing Finance Agency and its leadership under different political appointees.

Nov. 7:

NYC Finance Industry Networking Event (hosted by Steve Swartz P’24); Handshake registration for students is required and transportation is provided

Remember our Career Education Interns are available to help during their Drop-In Hours: M-F from 2:30-3:30 p.m.
