Bucknell in Dublin Applications are Open for 2027

posted on October 15, 2026

Applications are open for Bucknell in Dublin Summer 2027!

We are now accepting applications and admitting students for the Bucknell in Dublin Summer 2027 program (May 31 – July 23). Bucknell in Dublin is a dynamic intersection of personal, academic, and professional growth within a vibrant culture and society that serves as a crossroads between the traditional and modern. In this eight-week summer program, students will connect the knowledge they’re learning in the classroom to real-world experiences gained through their business internship and co-curricular learning opportunities around Ireland, and reflect on these learned experiences throughout the course of the program. In this summer program, students will receive two Bucknell course credits co-taught by Dr. Stacy Mastrolia, Associate Professor of Accounting and Finance, and Dr. Karen McGrath, Holmes Professor of Finance. Not only will participants earn credit through their coursework, but they will also be placed in an internship with a local Irish organization aligned with their individual accomplishments and future career goals. Receiving professional training in cross-cultural environments provides the opportunity for students to engage with the increasingly interconnected global workforce of the 21st century.

Please attend an information session to find out more about this unique summer study abroad opportunity: October 22, 12pm – 12:50pm (Holmes 341) November 3, 5:30pm – 6:20pm (Holmes 104)

Admission is on a rolling basis, so the earlier you complete the application, the greater your chance of enrollment. Final deadline for receiving applications is Dec. 1, but we urge you to apply right away if you are interested in taking the course.
