The Herd Mentorship Program pairs first-year undergraduate students with an experienced mentor, offering guidance and support throughout their academic journey at Bucknell University. The program spans from September to May of the student’s freshman year, providing valuable mentorship to aid in achieving professional goals, building a robust professional network, and preparing for future employment opportunities. During the registration process, mentors and student mentees respond to a series of questions regarding their interests and preferences, which are subsequently utilized to make appropriate mentor-mentee pairings.
