Join us for an exclusive one-day field trip to Baltimore, where you will gain firsthand insights into major real estate and urban development projects. This experience includes site visits, expert discussions, and networking opportunities with industry leaders.
Trip Highlights:
- Tour Tradepoint Atlantic – A 3,300-acre waterfront redevelopment transforming a former industrial site into a global logistics hub, including recovery efforts of the Francis Scott Key Bridge.
- Explore Baltimore Peninsula – A dynamic mixed-use development and the home of Under Armour’s global headquarters.
- Hear from Experts – Engage in discussions about real estate development, logistics, and urban planning with top professionals.
- Network with Industry Leaders – Attend an exclusive networking event at the Maryland Club with professionals from the Baltimore real estate sector.
Tentative Schedule:
- 7:30 AM – Depart Bucknell University
- 10:00 AM – Arrive at Tradepoint Atlantic Office (6995 Bethlehem Blvd, Edgemere, MD 21219)
- 10:00 – 10:30 AM – Site orientation by Tradepoint Atlantic VP Tom Caso(Bucknell alum)
- 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM – Tour of Tradepoint Atlantic site, including McCormick & Co. and Intralox
- 12:30 – 1:30 PM – Lunch & Q&A at Tradepoint Atlantic Conference Room
- 1:30 PM – Travel to Baltimore Peninsula (101 Performance Drive, Baltimore, MD 21230)
- 2:00 – 4:00 PM – Tour of Under Armour HQ, multifamily, and retail spaces
- 4:00 – 4:30 PM – Travel to Maryland Club (1 E Eager St, Baltimore, MD 21202)
- 4:30 – 7:00 PM – Networking event with Baltimore real estate industry leaders
- 7:00 PM – Depart for Bucknell
- 9:30 PM – Arrive back on campus
