Spring Semester 2021 Offering: Personal Finance, ACFM 314

posted on October 22, 2020

In the spring of 2021, the Freeman College is offering ACFM 314 – Personal Finance. This is a 1/2 credit course open to all years, all majors and all colleges. This course uses a very practical approach (as opposed to a theoretical approach) to help students understand their finances. The goal of the course is to help students understand and feel confident making decisions about budgeting, saving and investing, income taxes, managing debt, and the many forms of insurance (health, auto, disability, life, etc.).

There are no prerequisites and all students who want to learn how to manage their finances are welcome. If you have any questions, please reach out to Professor Mastrolia (s.mastrolia@bucknell.edu).
